A Level Urdu Urgent help needed

I wanted to ask that in Urdu 9686 Paper 4, in the instructions it is written that each answer should be 500-600 words in length. Does this means that we should each answer to a 500-600 words or that the combined length of an answer to a question should be 500-600 words?

Eg.
There are 2 parts of a passage based question. Should we write the answer to each part 500-600 words or the combined answer to both parts be 500-600 words?
Please clarify this for me. Help will be appreciated.

You should write between 500 and 600 words for each answer means that even for the questions having two parts the combined length should not exceed 500-600 words.
