I recently took my AS level exams of CIE this May. I want to apply in universities of Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong. So do I continue my A2 levels exams or do SAT I & II instead? Do these countries accept SAT or A levels results, i mean which one do they prefer? Should I leave my A2 exams or not for SAT I & II? (n)

You have to complete your A levels first. A full A level will look better than only an AS level.
You can give the SAT I and II after A2 level.

A-level is a must. You can't get in anywhere without your High School qualification.
And you have to do both, SAT-I and SAT-II, for most of the US colleges.

Take SAT-I in October and SAT-II in November, this year. If you want to improve your score in either of the two tests, take that test again in December.
Apply to colleges. Most of them have a deadline of 1st January. Wait for their decisions (Mid March).

US colleges offer admission based on school transcripts, AS-grades, SAT-Scores, Essays, Extra Curricula, Interviews (optional, mostly) with other numerous factors. Once you get admission offer, you just need to pass your A-level. In most cases, students get credits for full A-level grades in their Freshmen Year of college.

Canadian Colleges offer a conditional offer based on your AS-Grades, EC, Essays etc. No SAT. You meet their condition by passing full A-level with grades that they require. And you get the original acceptance after you fulfill their condition.

Colleges in Singapore and Hong Kong look at your AS-grades, school transcripts etc.
National University of Singapore, however, considers your SAT scores, too.

You need to visit the website of each college that you want to apply to for full requirements. Just google "college name, undergrad international requirements."

All the best.
