Were Hazrat Bilal(RA) and Hazrat Hamza(RA) ansars?

Nope..
Hazrat Hamza was the Prophet's uncle, who converted in makkah.
I'm not sure about Bilal, but im sure that he converted in makkah as well..

Hmm....in Bilal Aslam's book both are written as Medinites. And I was sure that they are Makkans!

no no, u got it wrong biker,the Bilal aslam has written in such a way that the personalities which had more importance in the area are written,For eg. Bilal although a muhajir had more importance in Medina so he is written in medina importance although he was a makkan same for Hamza (RA).
