Advantage and Disadvantages of retaking ?

Ok I expected A in my physics but it came B,so I was thinking of retaking,I just wanna know what are the advantages and disadvantages of retaking ?

advantage: 1-chance of getting A*s
disadvantage:
1-chance of losing A* in other subjects which you have to do.
2-wastage of time. can not prepare for other subjects
3-BAISTI
4-Wastage of money
