After Completing A Levels Do I need to give The entry test in medical college..?

I'm a little unsure ... that after I complete my A levels
do I need to Give the entry test in medical college if I move from pakistan to Canada....?

The medical schools of Canada only offer post graduate medical degrees i.e. you begin your medical education once you complete a 4 year bachelors degree. So if you move to Canada after completing your A'levels you'll have to enroll in a pre-medical bachelors degree programme which is a prerequisite for the MD.
