after IGSCE no Alevels but did SATs ?

so please can someone help me with this question.
what if i did not do A levels but i did SAT 1 and 2 and get great marks on it ( like 2000 or 2200 )
so can i go to any universities in USA or Canada ?

You need to have a pre-university course to enter the universities abroad. Every university around the globe requires you to complete your higher secondary education before you can enter their university. There are exceptions for some universities that have their own pre-university courses and you have to appear in them before you can study in the university course. So basically you HAVE to do A'levels or and equivalent course before you can get into a university. SATs just evaluate your performance and differentiates you from other students and it's not a degree in itself.
