AL mathematics and further mathematis :S :S

I took the AL mathematics (C1, C2, C3, C4, M1, M2) and I was thinking about taking the AS or AL further mathematics. But I am confused, are these 2 different subjects?
If I took AL further mathematics, will this be considered as 2 AL's?
