in the above question ......markscheme says if 2.69 then uncertainty +-.09.......and this thing makes no sense to me........any 1 cud clear this ambiguity

the question has a total of 5marks. while the answer ur talking about is the wrong answer that will result in a deduction of one mark. And 0.09 is obtained if you calculate the percentage uncertainty in volume without multiplying its factor with 3 ... I hope u understand.
