hello guys, i m doing o levels currently
i m from science group and i have decided to take one additional subject that is food and nutrition but i don't know much about this subject so is there anyone who has given this subject before....so that he/she can guide me and can tell me a good book for this subject

Not studying the subject but
as far as I've figured out, one can't self-study food and nutrition. =)

What's the purpose of taking a subject you don't even know much or probably care about? I think it's kind of silly taking an extra subject just for the sake of having an extra subject.
