hey guys would appearing as a private candidate in some extra subjects especially the important ones( further maths, sociology) affect my application when applying for scholarships in the uk..schools principal likes to stereotype everyone( treating me as a low aptitude person)..so if i get As in them would good universities at least consider me.i am talking in regard to lsc , warwick..etc

An equivalent school candidate is given higher priority!
On the whole it doesn't matter much.
