Appearing for A2

I appeared for AS Maths in 2010 as a regular candidate, now for some reason I need to appear for A2.
I want to ask that can I give my A2 exam in 2012 (May) as a private candidate ? What documents will be required if it is possible?

yes....three passport size photo...and..obv money....and...mainly...a NO OBJECTION letter from the school u previously belong to...!!....stating sth like this..."This school has no objection for "ur name" appearing as a private candidate..and bla bla..written..!! these are the three things u need..nth else..!!
