Apply IGCSE in Canada University

I wonder if I could use my IGCSE for the university in Canada. Is it possible ? As I know, canada is a american system but IGCSE is a british system.

And if I'm able to apply, how good is my result should be to get into a good university e.g. UBC.

Each university in the world has different requirements just about! I recommend you check their website and see what their requirements for high school are and if they require particular subjects/grades for IGCSEs, or whether they even accept IGCSEs or not.
