Accounting AS Level, Paper 1, November 2009, Paper 12,
Question 17 (MCQ), the answer given is C.
i am obtaining B as the answer though.
Would anyone mind explaining to me why the answer is B?

Hi Angel,
Additions or debit figures are following=bal b/f(4000),uncle loan(10000),reciepts from debtors(163100),cash sales deposited(34000).
Subtractions or credit figures are following=Payments to creditors(141508),cash purchases(6300),rates(2600),drawings(3650),gen expenses(4410),wages(21300).
Finally total of debit will be 211100,total of credit will be 179768,and Balance c/d will be 31332.
Actually as per new terminologies cash and cash equivalent(bank) indicates cash in bank,whereas cash and cash equivalent(cash)means cash in hand.This was the major confusion while calculating bank balance.i hope u will understand the technique tht how i calculated bank balance.
