is the A2 result and As result combineddd ? even when we give the exams separately ??

A2 is the combined result of 1st year and 2nd year.

hmm aham so do u noe how do they combine the results..i mean we just get our grades in As..how can they combine grades :/

By adding your previous percentages from AS to the new percentages of A2 and making a combined grade for A'levels. Even those who give both AS and A2 session give separate papers but they get one result and not two separate results.

This is how, for eg, for physics:
The combined A2 weighting is:
paper 1 15%
paper 2 23%
paper 3 12%
paper 4 38%
paper 5 12%
