confirmed and 90% sure for paper 32 that the experiment of the effect of surface area to volume ratio of potato discs on rate of osmosis
the slide will be somehow weird and will be a section in the liver but don't worry only plan diagram needed
But my teacher told that it is about yeast !!!!!!!
no I'm Sure it's osmosis !!
r u sure u r talking abt v32 and nt 34no I'm Sure it's osmosis !!
No it's OSMOSIS and no yeast
an experiment on yeast was just in october/november 2012 variant 5 exam and it won't be repeated !
I was told that it could probably be counting bubbles by changing temperate of the beaker or by changing concentration of H2O2yess it includes hydrogen peroxide, my teacher who prepares the lab equipment said so, and the test might be like the one in the specimen where u have to count the number of bubbles per min and see the effect of concentration on the number of bubbles, so most probably there will be serial dilution , and the slide include a dicot stem where u have to draw
my teacher didn't say anything about preparing water bath, only hydrogen peroxide and the equipments like in the specimen paper, so he guessed it will be the effect of different concentrations on the number of bubblesI was told that it could probably be counting bubbles by changing temperate of the beaker or by changing concentration of H2O2
