For the mean width I took the width of the cell then added them divided by three then i did 3 to 3 ratio of the adjacent cells !!!!

But your ans is correct.... 1/0.25= 4 ..... which means 4:1 .

yes how did u work it out coz I got 3:1 by seeing the measurment of each cell then of the other and took average and took the ratio
