AS Biology Edexcel or CIE?

Is AS Biology Edexcel or Cambridge easier and better? Having the fact that I'm not gonna continue its A2.
And for Egypt's Universities, if anyone knows, I heard that taking AS Human Biology Edexcel doesn't qualify me for Faculty of Dentistry, is that true?
I need urgent answers please :/ Thanks a lot :)
