Where is the secondary structure in collagen? Because secondary dtructure is present when there is alpha helix, collagen has no alpha helix but an overall helical structure. In mark schemes its written it has a secondary structure? Should it have quaternary due to presence of 3 polypeptides?

a triple helix is collagen secondary structure, although I think this is not in the syllabus, you just need to say helix, since all active proteins have secondary structure
