You should go through the syllabus first:

Then go through the specified plan by CIE in this page for AS:
http://papers.xtremepapers.com/CIE/Cambridge International A and AS Level/Biology (9700)/
They are titled as 9700_2010_sw_AS_1.pdf etc near the top of the list. Make note of any syllabus outcomes in the latest syllabus not in these plans and teach them as well.
