My best friend, Shreya, was a very bright student up until her 10th Grade (ICSE). She had managed an 86% in her 10th Boards. She planned on taking up AS & A Levels after that.
(She aspired to be a doctor and to do her medicine in the US.)
She failed her first AS Levels (Chemistry, Biology, English, Physics) last year and was TOTALLY DEVASTATED. It was very difficult for her and it took her a month to get motivated and to get back on track. She therefore gave a second attempt (Chemistry, Biology & Physics) and was confident this time to get Cs in all subjects. And again, she passed only in Chemistry (with a 50/100) this time.
We genuinely do not know how to console her this time. She is experiencing a total breakdown.
I do know that, with time, she will build the strength to write the exams this May/June, but what should she do differently this time to pass them? It is going to be a complete disaster if she doesn't make it this time too! Anybody who did their A Levels before, please help with:
1. Other resources
2. Study Tips
3. Additional materials
4. Past papers
5. Study pattern
6. Practicals
and literally anything that can help her get good grades this time!
It pretty urgent, please do help...!!!
