Official Textbook (Chem): http://www.amazon.co.uk/Edexcel-Chemistry-Student-Level-Sciences/dp/1405896353/
Official Revision Guide (Chem): http://www.amazon.co.uk/Edexcel-Chemistry-Revision-EDEXCEL-SCIENCES/dp/1846905974/
Official Specification (Chem): http://www.edexcel.com/migrationdocuments/GCE New GCE/International Advanced levels_Chemistry_Specification_Issue1.pdf
There are 3 units in AS , and a paper each for every unit (3 Papers)
If you take "International Alevels", than AS is a stand-alone qualification. Can I take the AS levels only in Edexcel? Or I won't get a certificate unless if I did the A levels too?
I heard that there are some changes done to the syllabus. http://www.edexcel.com/migrationdocuments/GCE New GCE/UA035222_GCE_Lin_Chem_Issue_5.pdfUhm, If you're taking Edexcel IAL.. then there is an alternative to practical written exam [International], (Unit 3).. however if you're taking Edexcel GCE, then the unit 3 has course work not the ATP written exam

Open the specification and read about unit 3. For June 2015, will unit 3 be alternative to practicals, or practical work>?
BTW, can I do my AS levels in June or it is only available in January?
