Ok now here it goes...
Intensity is directly proportional to (amplitude)^2
and
Intensity is directly proportional to (frequency)^2

do u have any ''link'' or any ''source'' to prove it?
coz many of us including me have o idea abut the intensity and frequency relation o_O

Now how..do you explain the decrease in the maximum brightness..simply because the intensity has decreased as wavelength has increased.
