Question 23 and 35.

Please explain as much as possible, as to why the answer is B for question 23 and why the other options are wrong.
The answer is A for question 35. How to calculate?

23. v=f x lambda. Amplitude isn't in the formula, so A and D are ruled out. B is true, because v is constant because K.E. is constant. C can be correct, but only if the frequency is constant; in this case, it isn't mentioned to be constant, therefore it can be ruled out.
35. V=IR=5x0.588=2.94V. I=V/R=2.94/2=1.47 which almost = 1.5 A.
