As I said this is what I've heard, I'm not sure at all.

if we have used 2 drops of indicator in one expiriment and use 3 drops in other does it affect our readings

Not that of great deal, but theoretically yes.
Although it is a practice to take the rough titre volume, perform one more accurate reading and fake the rest values to show that you have repeated

As I said this is what I've heard, I'm not sure at all.

Some times the give instrusctions of extra apparatus to set up like a stop watch (physics) or tiles(bio) ...so as to just confuse the teaches and the students :/
