Well I don't think there is a transformation that can go under y=-x as it is not specific as it does not tell you the magnitude of the transformation
y=-x will be a straight line going from the top left to the bottom right as '-x' is a negative gradient , so I guess that this 'expression' can be used as a mirror line or invariant line , so please specify more

by transformation y=-x..i understand that u r probably speaking about reflection...so all u have to do is draw the line y=-x and do the steps of finding the image after reflection :) also there is a 2 x 2 matrix:
( 0 -1 )
( -1 0 )
And another simple method is interchange the coordinates and change the signs as well these coordinates will be the image coordinates,Eg: Object coordinates => (x,y) image coordinates will be (-y,-x)
