Yeah I know another one :D

A thief were to be hanged and the king who ordered that was on his way there.
Since he was late, the king's men thought that this is the time 2 kill him and we must not wait for the king 2 arrive.
They were arguing when one said to ask the king. (Well long ago, messages were sent by birds)
So they sent a bird to the king with a message on his back.
The king read it and replied :

"kill him not coming"

The men looked at that wondering what he said

Kill him not, Coming OR Kill him, Not Coming

Due to uncertainty, they freed the thief
