Baffled case!!!

Hello!!
Guys I am felling so baffled in selecting my new 8th level would it be better to choose geometry, accounting or other?
I am preparing to become a doctor, so does the AS-level subjects that will be chosen by me will effect my future career? I am preparing to take Biology as an AS Subject and I want to add another AS-Level subject would you suggest that subject to me.

As a side subject, take either of the 3 business subjects. Or Urdu, GP. Something that doesn't effect your core-subject grades.
