I just think you guys are taking it WAY over top, How difficult can the practical really be? You obviously know the Errors & Improvements, Drawing a graph, Most of the part is CAKE! & trust me for Bio, even if you know the Confidential instructions or Whatever...it's almost impossible to predict the kind of question they mite put forward!

to answer the question abt practical , u cannot predict the practical even after knowing the confidential so its useless and lease revise everything and go through some common slides!

room temp
exact volumes should be measured by using a pipette ( syringe gives error)
no air bubbles
and bla bla ......
