if there is a difficult apparatus...cn we get help from supervisor....m not asking abt microscope...asking for q1

I don't think you're allowed to take help in setting up the apparatus but you can take the supervisor's help if there's something wrong with the apparatus.

u can take help in setting the apparatus if u want.......but depending upon wther it was a major one or minor one, your marks will be deducted(1-3 marks)......the supervisor mentions ur candidate number in his report and the type of assistance given to u......

when i gave bio 33 last year the microscope wasnt working so i called the supervisor and complained and the invigilator saw to it wht the supervisor was doing so you can always complain no marks deducted for this

You can ask for help..but only do so when you think your results might not be right! Usually the examiners do help when they see that you are messing up..& if they're nice enuf they, won't really cut your marks =]

if sth is faulty, u can obviously get that sorted out widout any problem coz u shud!!! U cant b expected to work with a non functioning microscope!!!

but if u ask for help in things that u shudnt like foreg in preparing a slide??? ur cnd no is reported! Ask one of ur teachers if he/she has ever been a supervisor!
