the carrier for malaria is plasmodium which is a bacteria with many stages in growth. normally antibodies get attached to the antigen on the virus/bacteria/foreign body and inhibit its growth. a single antibody is enough. this is not pssible for plasmodium because as it grows many different antigens get produced. it is multicellular. therefore we would have to produce an antibody for every stage of its growth which is not ppossible. it is too complex because it is multicelluar with many different enzymes/proteins. therefore vaccine would be ineffective.
