I forgot to mention T lymphocytes too!!! I just mentioned macrophage exposed antigens and B lymphicytes. I did really bad in this paper. For the question of the tertiary structure of enzyme, I failed to relate to the enzyme and just mention the four bonds in all the protein tertiary structure.
