254 micrometer exactly and yea i drew nucleus...wat WAS A PURPLE COLOR THING IN TRichome.....i drew it bt didnt label it..cos trichomes dont have nucleus i guess

@bionology I got 0.0133 s^-1 for my rate (1/t = 1/75 = 0.0133 for me) I also drew a nucleus in the epidermal cell and my length was about 251micrometre (if i remember right?)

@mrpaudel I got an eyepiece graticule too! My teacher said that if they give you one but they don't ask you to calibrate or anything it means they want you to use it to get the proportion of the cell layers right.

and how did you guys go about diluting the urease?

for vascular bundle, yes, i didnt mention packing, i had other stuffs to mention

isnt ur time taken a bit more? i got it in 10 seconds

Exactly my problem! =/ I wasn't sure whether to see if it completely turned blue or when the blue first started to appear

you just had to record the time when the 1st bluish colour appears,
that was a source of error btw

there was spongy a little..!! i guess u cannot write there were not any spongy...and I was provided with eyepiece graticule.....any1 also got eyepiece graticule...idk why they gave it....!! anyway....

the thing on the slide was, but in fig 2.2, you couldn't see any spongy mesophyll...
yeah everybody got a graticule it supposedly helps with drawing plan diagrams in the right proportions :/
