actually u can't make guesses... once its leaked its very much accurate to wot comes... nd if its not leak nd u dun get to knw sth from a reliable source, then the guesses are ov no use.... nd normally it leaks out..

@ Aamina: I think KMnO4 is an enzyme inhibitor.... Otherwise, it all doesn't make sense...

As far as i know......aliginate beads.....with potato solution and catalase in Q1..........in Q2 bronchial slides .....ciliated epithelium
