well...it's actually the time taken for complete digestion of starch!! this was what i did....if i havent forgotten :p

you tell me how i will do it........
well if i add iodine at the beginning ...to starch.....and then add amylase and start timing...then noting time for blue-black to disappear or orange color to appear...this is wat u r saying???

question...what is the place where the polypeptide folds and become convoluted and form its complex 3D shape....is it golgi apparatus???

not the correct way to do it!!
u fisrt add starch to test tube and then add amylase
after a specific time , take a liitle out using a dropper and put a drop or two onto a tile having iodine drops( add the mixture to one place of iodine drops!)
