DNA replication, do you mean the steps which are involved in protein synthesis, or semi conservative replication?

the steps

mRNA is created from the antisense strand of the DNA, and is complementary to it. The DNA itself is unzipped, and nucleic acids line up against the DNA with hydrogen bonds forming between complementary bases. This part is called Transcription. Then, the mRNA moves out of the Nucleus and enters the ribosome, where anti codons on the tRNA are used to create a replica of the original DNA from the complementary RNA strand. These tRNA have amino acids attached to there other ends. Peptide bonds form between these amino acids, creating a protein. Which is translation.
:p
If you want more details, just ask :p

Thats semi conservative replication :p

Which is when DNA helicase unzips the DNA, and the two strands are seperated. Then, free nucleotides which are complementary join up, forming hydrogen bonds, and creating a double helix due to DNA polymerase and ligase creating bonds.
