Assalamoalaikum!!!

I got some doubts in biology...have an exam...

welll the first thing is...i'm confused abt tissue fluid and lymph part...wud appreciate if sumeone cud explain!

then also confused in nuclear division...i got points from diff. places...and each place the info varies slightly specially the metaphase and anaphase!!

will post more...if i have any :D

\Vhile blood pressure tends to drive fluid out of the capillaries, the presence of blood proteins tends to pull fluid back into the capillaries. Many blood proteins (and all blood cells) are too large to pass readily through the endothelium, and they remain in the capillaries. The proteins, especially albumin, create an osmotic pressure difference between the capillary interior and the interstitial fluid. In places where the blood pressure is greater than the osmotic pressure difference, there is a net loss of fluid from thecapillaries. In contrast, where the osmotic pressure difference exceeds the blood pressure, there is a net movement of fluid from the tissues into the capillaries

Assalamoalaikum!!

well...one more thing...when proteins cant pass from the blood out of the capillaries....then how come they are present in tissue fluid :?: it says in mary jones that the roteins in the tissue fluid need to get back through lymph...smthng like that :?

Tissue fluid does contain a small quantity of proteins. That is, only minute amounts of protein leak out into the tissue fluid DUE TO interstitial fluid osmotic pressure. So not to worry about this.

Simple!
I will only state the differences. Explain them yourself, plz.
1) (i) In blood the protein content is high
[ii] In tissue fluid it's very low
[iii] In lymph it's also very low

2) (i) In blood the oxygen content is HIGH;
(ii) In tissue fluid it's high in the arterial end and low in the venous end;
(iii) In lymph it's low.

3) (i) Blood: waste content low
(ii) Tissue fluid: Low in arterial end; high in the venous end
() Lymph: High waste content

4) (i) Blood: many RBCs and WBCs
(ii) T.Fluid: Only Whit blood cells
(iii) lymph: contanis many WBCs mainly lymphocytes

Position: Blood is in arteries, capillaries and veins;
Tissue fluid is b/w cells in tissues;
and lymph is in lymph vessels.

they are the proteins that are manufactured inside cells..
