Do u mean dialysis machine? If ys then this machine is attached with ur artery and vein, blood is pummped into the machine frm ur artery, in machine the excess glucose and urea r absorbed in the solution throgh the partially permeable tubes in the machine into the solution, after getting out of the machine ur blood goes through a bubble trap and then into the blood vessel(cn be vein) again

How does the kidney machine works? Try to make it as simple as possible!

the patients blood is led from the vein through a tube into the dialysis machinee . inside the machine the tube is coiled up in a water bath [the water bath is made up of the same composition of glucose , water and salts as the blood in the body]. the pores in the water tube allows excess glucose, urea and salts to leak into the water bath.
the blood is returned to the patients arm

dude blood is taken from the vein not the artery,

umm why does the glucose leak out? isn't glucose present in the urine when you're only diabetic? so as far as i know the glucose returns back to the blood!

EXCESS GLUCOSE: if the all the blood glucose is not converted to glucogen , it is sent to the kidneys along with the urea, and as it is in excess concentration is leaks out.
correct me if im wrong
umm why does the glucose leak out? isn't glucose present in the urine when you're only diabetic? so as far as i know the glucose returns back to the blood!

guys can u explain the role of microorganisms......i mean how are they helpful in making enzymes(process) and how they are manufactured (enzymes) in a fermenter??:)

a feed stock is containing bacteria, glucose, amino acids, molasses are added to a sterile container known as the fermenter. air is blown in and the mixture is continuously stirred. The bacteris produces enzymes to feed on the nutrient medium [ thats the glucose and amino acids and the molasses].
after a while the mixture is taken out of the fermenter and extracted to seperate the exzymes and the mixture.

yes i know that and thaats what i mean... that glucose passes out of the glomerolus and other substances too (filterates)
and all glucose in the kidneys are reabsorbed totally so nothing of the glucose should leave... and this happens in diabetes 1... not 2

is it the water tht is only reabsorbed or other nutrients too? i mean as u mentioned glucose?? nd is this in a normal person or only diabetes?
