Assalamoalaikum!!
it's B bcoz other 3 have their own DNA and that means have nucleic acids!!

and Q:13 it's A...because a peptide bond is formed by the removal of H from NH2 and OH from COOH..

btw weren't u doing o levels...are u giving both???

i m fine...what abt u?

oops sorry...i didnt read the question properly :!:

well they are asking abt the ionic bonds...if u recall what u studied in enzymes chapter....soaccording to it..change in pH usually alters ionic bonding thus it is D

and m doing math bio chem phy AS Level...btw i will be giving complete A level together...i mean AS and A2 together InshaAllah!!

Assalamoalaikum!!

sorry...i think ii didnt notice ur question :D

i have bio exam on monday...so wanted to see this mcq :p
well ...what my teacher has given is bonds most sensitive to temp. changes are hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions....and those sensitive to pH are ionic bonds :)

Q:24 is xylem...cuz of the lignified walls....30 i dont know...i'm yet to learn that chapter...but ofcourse have it for the exam so need to do it ;)

q30...its C
AMoUNT OF O2 absorbed depends on the total lung volume and Ventilation rate which is just the product of breathing rate and tidal volume.....so C fulfills both requirements

hmm...there is one explanation....though sorry to give wrong info at first......oxygen is absorbed during each breath and total lung volume has nothing to do with this.......amount of oxygen absorbed will be greatest in the person with the highest ventilation rate
