magnification = 0.003

Tumour-a mass of abnormal cells-reproduced continuously due to faulty altered genes/mutation of genes.

cholera i wrote that people gain immunity second time around, and government might have improved sewerage and more awareness etcs

Are you sure your cell actual size was 0.003? I got 1.304 micrometer.
