the other choices were actually put to trick us as far as i can rmb, all 4 choices were feasible, but the question asked for a conclusion that could be derived FROM THE GIVEN RESULTS so it was A. awhh it's okay you'll be fine as long as you did well for the rest of the paper ^ ^
