BLOOD entering right atrium?

why the blood entering right atrium has high conc. of glucose compared to blood entering left atrium?

blood entering right atrium comes from lungs having a very high conc of glucose while blood in left atrium arrives after circulating through all parts of the body so it gives up glucose and other nutrients to the cells while takes up waste products...

blood oxidises some of its glucose while picking up oxygen in the lungs and so on ...
