well for urdu u just write down some words and phrases which u usually use in all ur essays, letters and speeches
and then find some "reall good" alternatives for them and use the alternatives instead .. it helps a lot

and as for history .. u just type all the questions from 2001-2011 and write down thier answers in points { try to make 3 points for 7 marks questions and 6 points for the 14 marks question and when u r attemting the question for pactice try to "exaggerate" each point upto 7 lines .

for geography .. i suggest u attempt the may/june 2011 ppr .. it was all based on general knowledge and basic concepts .. attempting it will giv u an idea on how this years ppr would be

Islamiat is the one u should really work hard for ..... the ppr which we gave was the hardest of all in the history of CIE according to the well known teachers ..... so i suggest u buy David Thomas and read it thoroughly .. ..
