British Council Pakistan - Grades!!?

I got my results and i'm not sure about one of my grades. How can i know the component grades from british council? Who can i contact? HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP !

I didn't expect like an A or B just a C atleast in Bio i got an E !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a D in AS and gave retake and ended up overall E !
