I'm planning to give Business Studies, accel, this may/june.
I want to know whether it's possible to complete the course in the given amount of time I have, which is about 7 months along with completion of Past Papers. Please post your views regarding it.
Also any useful tips to study this subject would be hightly appreciated.

okay, i admit i got a C.....but honestly, i was okay with it, coz for an A Level, and for the amount of time i actually put into studying (not much at all, i can assure u), it wasnt that bad ....

If there is a will, there is a way. So you've a goal, you can succeed.
All you need is to practice. I don't study C.I.E. but still I think you've plenty of time to learn and get ready for the exam within 7 months. We'll be doing our first semester exams in January, that's after studying for 6 months.
