Can anyone explain me job enrichment complete unit of work and secondly tell me the difference between job enrichment and job redesign ,Please?

job enrichment means that adding task or jobs in your job description that requires more skills and ability....and usually in papers the question come like that differentiate between job description and job enlargement, so dont be confused with this and dont mess them both together with each other because job enlargement means that adding similar task or extra jobs in your jobdescription that doesnt require any other or extra skill or qualification.
secondly job redesign means that the whole jobs and task done by a person are now redesigned to change the whole list of task which has to be undertaken by the employee..
