You need to learn the methods of productions. Which include Job, Batch and Flow production. This is the most important part. The comes sometimes. But it's good to know it. Kaizen and JIT is important. They don't usually ask Kanban.

i think the grade boundaries r gone be quite low.. cause the paper was kid of weird n a lot of people found a few questions confusing !All the best

Check the grade thresholds for 2010 and 2011.....the grade boundaries are always low in business since the checking is strict. Many people take the subject lightly and they end up with a bad grade. If you can manage to score 150 out of 200, chances are that you are gonna get an A*. Good luck to everyone.
