Hey guys. I have a doubt. What type of evidences are they going to consider? My mocks were pretty bad because I didn't study for it (as always). But now because of covid-19, the exam series are cancelled and I am stressed about this because what if they use my mock grades? Will they do that?

Hello...
In my school, as we were expected to do our mocks in April, they considered the teacher's predicted grades( as they asked them to rank all the students in order of what they expect them to get and based on term 1's results) and the school's achieving history (for example they considered that throughout the previous years 60% of their students achieve A and A*, thus they expect the same this year)
it might be a different procedure by different schools though...

I know, I am also stressed as I shifted to a new school this year, and didn't do that well in term 1
I hope it is a benefit for us and passes well ❤

Any kinf of assessments including mocks, mid terms, class tests, projects are part of the evidences which you can submit.

If you are not having a good record through out your IGCSE then talk with your teachers what is the way out of this.

IGCSE results aren't that important for your uni admissions and if you aren't planning for top notch universities I would recommend you to go with the predicted grades based on your evidences if you have at least C in all the main subjects.

A levels is anyway gonna clear all your concepts of IGCSE too if you have a good teacher so you wont be at a loss if you just skip studying for now and go for the predicted score.

But its better to utilise this time in order to master all such skills which you are not good at.

Good luck.
