brownie cake (the one i am like blindly good at! :D )
1 cup flour (maida)
3 tsp coco powder
1 tsp baking powder

mix these dry ingredients well! very well! :D

i use shortcut and fast method, grab a blender, and add the following ingerdients in order
2-3 eggs
1 cup grinded sugar
1 cup oil (i cup oil or 1/2 cup oil or 1/2 cup butter)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
pinch of salt
mix them well in the blender, to be precise dnt blend too much
add this batter into the dry mixture, mix them well
the mixture shouldnt be too thick or thin
take a baking plate, grease with oil or butter, use butter paper, it helps
put in oven at moderate temp, lets say 180
it will take 30-40 minutes to bake
use a stick or a knife to check if the cake is baked or not, if it is baked the stick will come out clean
let the cake get at room temp, then tadaa!! ready to eat! :D

i dnt have oven, i bake cakes in pressure cooker :D
well to bake cakes in microwave, u just need to put more eggs, thats the secret ;)
experiment, u will learn :)

Ingredients:
  • 2Tbs vegetable oil
  • 2Tbs water or milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 4Tbs Icing sugar
  • 2Tbs Cocoa powder
  • 4Tbs All purpose flour (maida)
Instructions:
Take a mug and add vegetable oil, water, vanilla extract and whisl. Then add cocoa powder and whisk, then add salt and icing sugar and whisk, then add flour and whisk. put in microwave and heat till 60 t0 90 seconds and wolah Its yummy and easy brownie!!!!
