Cambridge Brilliance Awards IGCSE

I've looked through the internet, but I've never found an official page or document where they reveal the IGCSE (Not International GCSE O' Level) Brilliance or Top In ____ Award recipients. I've never found one on the official Cambridge website except the occasional mention of some schools in the 'Press Releases' page. I'm confused as to how they reveal this to the candidates. How do you know if you have gotten one? Do they post it along with the results? And is it really given to any candidate who took IGCSE that year that qualifies? And when do they usually do this? I'd be really grateful if anyone could explain this entire thing for me.

P.S.: If anyone knows the answer to my question, especially in Malaysia, that would be a big help. If not in Malaysia even, please tell!
