I've been looking for a PDF version of this book for ages, and I found it.

It can be downloaded as a torrent from here.

I believe the CD has been uploaded here before, so you could find it by using the search bar in xtremepapers. If not, here is a torrent link for the CD.

Sadly, though, this is a previous edition of the book. So, you won't find the new 2016 syllabus material (Band theory, Doppler effect, and Particle physics) inside.
